The work plane of the administration of the graduates during the academic year 2005/2006.When the administration of thegraduates was at the public administration for the graduate studies, it did the following: -
- Limit the number of the graduates of the graduate studies of the university faculties during the academic year 2004/2005 for the master and doctorate degrees as well as graduatestudies diplomas.

- The Department is also receiving thedata of the graduates by the colleagues, reviewed it,auditedit and Mark at the administrationrecords.
- Each college separately prepared for administration planes to write the certificates and reviewed it to sendit to the deans of the colleges and institutes to sign it then send it to Dr. / President of the University and then sent it to the secretaries of the warehouse to receipt it.
- The administration also receives all the temporary and original certificates of the masters for their traveling abroad to signit from the manager of the graduates administration to sign itto the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The plan is as follows: -
- Achievement of all the graduates' data of the masters with scientific degrees from the previous years, respectively at the academic year 2003/2004.
- Preparation of the data list of the graduates from Graduate Studies in the academic year 2004/2005 and sent it to the printer to be done to be as a scientific lighthouse for students onrepubliclevel and exchange it with the universities and research centers.
- Knowing that this guide is done successively each academic year.
- Editingthe originalcertificates (Replacement) received from the faculties of the university.
