The findings and recommendations of debate for young people under the title
"The Board believes that young people can assumed leadership positions in Egypt"
Has the debate between faculty members and their assistants, students, and the involvement of many of the representatives from outside the university community. Reflecting the extent of support and communication between the University of Zagazig, students and professors.
It was symmetrical composition of groups of young people who attended the sessions of debates Management Unit development projects at the university because of the growing association with the issue at hand, which has had a significant impact on the Enlightenment issue raised in the context of the substantive and constructive dialogue and mutual respect.

The result was as follows pro team has won 84% of the vote and the opposition got 69%.

1 - the establishment of the Department for Human Resources Development core mission the development of self and managerial skills and leadership skills among young people
2 - provide possible opportunities for youth leadership and responsibility.
3 - State institutions concern for the development and training of young people to take over leadership positions.
4 - exchange of experiences (Conversation generations) among young people and even the wise move knowledge and behaviors offices.
