Arab university students in the khair Masr farms to produce food kings

 Under the patronage of Dr. Khalid Abd El-Bary, President of Zagazig University and Dr. Abd El-Hakim Nour El-dine, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, a number of Arab university students participating in the training exchange program organized by the Arab Council for Innovation and Training of the Union of Arab Universities visited the Khair Maser farms  "Master maschrom" in the new Salhiya to produce food kings.

 The delegation was accompanied by Dr. Jehan Al-Shorbagi, Head of Food Science Department, Faculty of Agriculture, And pointed out that there is keenness from Dr. Osama Abdul Moneim, Dean of the College and Dr. Khalid Wahdan, Vice Dean for Education and Students Affairs to organize a number of field visits to farms and food factories for our Arab students to weight their technical skills and experience and the latest scientific techniques in the field of food production.

 She said that the aim of the visit is to train students and introduce them to modern techniques used in the development and cultivation, packaging and packaging mushrooms, which is famous for the "food kings" in hotels and tourist places and because of its high nutritional value, and contains a protein non-traditional and enters most of the dishes.

 In addition, the Mushroom Project is an integrated project for the production of non-traditional protein food, which also benefits from agricultural waste such as rice pudding and wheat stalks, as well as the extraction of safe organic fertilizer suitable for agriculture and the quality of agricultural soil
